02Airport advantage
Larnaca International is 8 minutes from the centre. If you travel often (or have family flying in), this saves more time than any other city benefit.
03Cost of living
Rent is roughly 20–30% cheaper than Limassol, on par or slightly cheaper than Paphos for the same square meters. Groceries and dining are noticeably cheaper than Limassol.
04Schools
American Academy Larnaca, The Mediterranean High School and Pascal English School Larnaca cover most expat needs. Apply at least one term ahead.
