These terms govern all moving, furniture transport and clearance services provided by KLEINMOTION LTD (Reg. HE 480171), trading as movingservicebyklein.
1. Quote & booking
Quotes are based on the information you provide (apartment size, items, floor, access). A booking is confirmed once we send a written confirmation via WhatsApp, e-mail or SMS. The fixed price quoted is binding when the actual conditions on site match the information provided.
2. Prices & payment
Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due on the day of the move, in cash, by card or by bank transfer. No deposit is required for standard moves.
3. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booked time. Later cancellations may be charged at 50% of the agreed price; same-day cancellations at 100%.
4. Customer obligations
- Ensure access to both addresses (parking, elevators, keys).
- Pack personal items, valuables, documents and electronics yourself.
- Inform us in advance about heavy or fragile items (piano, safe, glass).
5. Liability & insurance
We carry out all transports with due care and are insured against transport damage. Liability is limited to the documented value of damaged items and excludes pre-existing damage, items packed by the customer and consequential damage. Claims must be reported within 7 days of the move.
6. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, public authorities or other events outside our reasonable control. We will reschedule the move at no additional cost.
7. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Place of jurisdiction is Paphos, Cyprus.
